re:DSGN Ltd is an architecture and design studio in Somerset and we are gaining a reputation for pushing the boundaries of architectural design whilst working closely to a clients brief and budget.

We are a young and enthusiastic team applying contemporary design principles to everyday tasks. We have completed over 200 schemes from small scale extensions and renovations to multi unit housing developments and large community proposals.

Projects we under take include new build, renovation, conversion, restoration, community, development and commercial. We also have a wealth of knowledge in dealing with sensitive projects within conservation areas and listed buildings. A strong emphasis is made on ecologically friendly design to suit the clients requirements and we have experience in a range of sustainable construction techniques, technologies and materials.

Our services include, feasibility studies, measured building surveys, sketch schemes, planning applications and building regulation packages. We also work closely with other professional services such as planning consultants, structural engineers, energy rating assessors and ecologists as required for each individual project.

Jason Keswick

Director/Designer

Having worked for a developer for a number of years whilst studying for a National Diploma in Construction Professions, Jason began his Architectural career by taking a technician role at Peter Eldridge Architects. Awarded a First Class Honours degree in Architecture from the University of Plymouth, Jason set up the Studio with Tom in 2013.

Jason has a hands on approach to Architecture stemming from his time in the construction industry and on his own development projects. He has a strong interest in creating contemporary solutions to everyday tasks and looks to challenge the usual design options whilst carefully considering the client’s budget and project brief.

Outside of the Studio Jason volunteers as a Trustee of a local charity/museum that looks after a Grade II* Listed Building and helps with projects involving construction, design and graphic design as well as the financial running of the charity.

Tom Hartley

Director/Designer

Tom worked in a technician role for Peter Eldridge Architects before starting his degree in Architecture at Plymouth University being awarded a First Class Honours. He set up the Studio with Jason in 2013.

Tom also shares a hands on approach to Architecture and is currently self building his own traditional barn conversion. He is interested in experimenting with materials and finishes whilst working with the client and builder to design the ideal solution.

Outside of the studio Tom is busy working on his barn conversion but he also enjoys working on the family small holding, and is interested in smart technology, both personal and within the home.
