This Victorian two up two down semi-detached stone property had a small rear lean-to extension housing a kitchen, with a conservatory roof covering the original outside privy. No work had been done to the property since the 1970s and was in need of complete renovation. The house was purchased by Jason re:DSGN Ltd director and he set about designing a super contemporary kitchen/dining extension with full opening bi-fold doors to a newly landscaped garden. A self-build project, Jason built the extension in his spare time and experimented with materials and construction methods whilst sticking within a tight budget enabling him to pass his experience on to future clients.
